It is the mission of the Lincoln Woodstock Energy and Water Conservation Committee:
- To determine local actions the towns can take to save energy, water and natural resources and reduce emissions.
- to establish guidelines to decrease our energy, water and natural resources use and to supply our energy needs using sustainable resources;
- to educate the communities on energy, water and natural resources use and using sustainable resources;
- to implement best practices in municipal government, and
- to promote these practices with residents, community organizations, and businesses
