Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Proposed Amendments to Town of Lincoln’s Land Use Plan Ordinance

Planning Board will hold public hearing in the Large Conference Room at the Lincoln Town Office, 148 Main St., Lincoln, NH on Wed., January 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM on the following:

Proposed Amendments to (Land Use Plan Ordinance or LUPO):

Boarding or Rooming House:

Amend Article IV, Definitions, the definition of “Boarding or Rooming House” so in the General Use (GU) District it does not require the house to be occupied by the owner as an owner-occupied private residence.  In the Village Center (VC) District and the Rural Residential (RR) District the owner-occupied requirement would still apply.

Parking and Off-Street Loading:

Amend Article V General Regulations, Section A. Parking and Off-Street Loading, Paragraph 1, subparagraph c clarifying that the ordinance requires Boarding or Rooming Houses to have one parking space for each unit.
