The Board of Selectmen have sent out notification to property owners that the Town's Assessors, Commerford Nieder Perkins, LLC (CNP) are beginning their revaluation process over the course of the next 2-3 weeks.. They will be measuring and estimating the interior information. CNP is asking that the property owner call their office (after they receive notification in the mail) during business hours to schedule a PHONE appointment with an appraiser to review the interior details of their home.
