Public Notice: The Town of Lincoln now has a NEW Short-Term Rental Portal

The Town of Lincoln has launched a new web-based platform to help short-term rental operators register their property in a matter of minutes. Effective today (November 18, 2022) all operators of short-term rentals in the Town of Lincoln must register their rental properties with the town prior to operation. To help streamline the process, the Town of Lincoln, in partnership with Host Compliance created a portal on the Town's website (LincolnNH.Org) to serve as a one-stop shop for registration. The entire application can be completed online in a few minutes.
