How do I get a copy of a death certificate?

If you are a relative of the deceased and the death occurred in New Hampshire, you may obtain a certified copy of the Death Certificate at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours or click the Vital Records image below. Copies are also available at the State Bureau of Vital Records in Concord. Cost is $15.00 for the first copy and $10.00 for each additional copy requested at the same time.
